2. If you will have a fishing license for the event,

3. If you want to participate in a "Cooking Grunion" class.

4. Provide your cell # (for good measure)

A supplies list will be provided or the cost per person for the Cooking class.

Please notify Chef immediately if you cannot go. Others may be waiting or want your spot!
